Sadia Mahedavi, DDS

Dr. Sadia Mahedavi, is a seasoned general dentist with over 13 years of clinical experience providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages. She is known for her calm, compassionate approach and her ability to help even the most anxious patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their dental visits.

Dr. Mahedavi earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and brings a broad clinical background that includes restorative and surgical dentistry, cosmetic treatments, implant restorations, and emergency care. She has practiced in a wide variety of dental settings and has extensive experience as both an associate dentist and a solo provider, allowing her to deliver thoughtful, well-rounded treatment tailored to each patient’s needs.

Guided by her personal philosophy, “Promise less, deliver more,” Dr. Mahedavi emphasizes honest communication, preventive care, and realistic treatment planning. She strongly believes in early detection and patient education as the foundation for long-term oral health and strives to ensure every patient feels heard, respected, and fully informed.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Mahedavi is committed to giving back to the community. She serves as a Girl Scout leader and volunteers at the Northern Virginia Dental Clinic, reflecting her dedication to service both inside and outside the dental office. She is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry and speaks English, Hindi, and Urdu, allowing her to connect with a diverse patient population.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Mahedavi enjoys reading, creating art, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. She brings the same warmth, care, and attention to detail from her personal life into her practice, with the goal of building long-lasting relationships and delivering exceptional dental care.
